Key Land Services works out of 9900 S Hiwassee Rd in southeast Oklahoma City, right on the Cleveland County line. That puts Newalla, Harrah, Choctaw and McLoud inside twenty minutes and the rest of the metro comfortably within reach.
Over 30 years of experience running equipment and clearing land. That matters more than it sounds: knowing how a stand of cedar behaves, where the rock starts, which bottoms stay wet into spring, and how long a tract actually takes is the difference between a quote that holds and one that changes halfway through.
You deal with the owner. The person who walks your property and prices the job is the person running the machine on it.
Equipment
What we run
Excavators, skid steers and the attachments that go with them: mulching heads, brush cutters, grapples and buckets. The machine we bring depends on the ground, the access and what is growing on it.
If a job calls for something we do not have sitting on the trailer, we bring in the right equipment for it. You get the machine the property needs, not whatever happened to be available that morning.

How we do things
We treat your place like it was ours. We'll tell you straight what the job needs, even when that means talking you out of spending more than you have to. If we say we'll be there Tuesday, we're there Tuesday.
When we pull off, the ground ought to look like something you're proud to walk out on. No piles left behind, no brush thrown over on the fence line, no stumps waiting to catch your mower next spring. We're not done until you're happy with it, plain and simple.

Parker Key and his sons did an amazing job on my property with forestry mulching and tree removal! They had the right heavy equipment for the job, and were fast and efficient. They took care of large dead trees that were threatening my house and fences, mulched the large piles of tree debris I had been accumulating, and cleared swaths of 40 year overgrowth that were crowding my fences. Highly recommend!

Parker came out and we discussed what would work for us and he leveled an area making a pad on our land, they also mulched another area where we needed the trees cleared from. They are very professional and I would recommend them for any excavation or mulching that you may need.

I highly recommend KeyCraftsman. They did an incredible job clearing out my land. The property was heavily overgrown with brush, trees, and vegetation, and they completely transformed it into a clean, open, usable space.
